Do the Neatos (U.S. market ones) have Lithium-Ion batteries yet? From what I heard, these are the best, longest lasting batteries available for robotic vacs (or other cordless upright vacs for that matter). Looking forward to your response.
Not only is battery life better, the neato’s suction is much better, a larger bristle brush than the roomba, and a larger dust bin. I prefer the Neato, hands down.
time does matter. The Neato will use less battery power if it takes less time. And this will increase the life of the battery, which is good for my pocketbook and the environment.
The cool thing is Neato scans the room before vacuuming
Anyone considering a cleaner house should make Neato their household companion. It is nice to have piece of mind knowing we come home to a clean home.
Personally I have had both and found the Roomba much better, especially cleaning up close to the edges of the room and I found that on one charge I could do several rooms and not as this site claims, but hey, it’s only my opinion.
Users do seem happy with the Roomba but I cant see the attraction in it. It has little actual suction, it is really a sweeper. Waiting for it to randomly cover a floor area seems inefficient — watching videos of it is frustrating when it misses little areas yet goes over other spots 20 times.
I appreciate it must work well for all the user satisfaction.
Personally, I am happy with the LG square homebot (roboking) even though it is quite expensive.
We really like our Neato. We purchased one for our office building, and when we saw a decrease in dust in the office, we purchased one for home.
The roomba facts they stated are all true! I spoke with a customer support about it. Roomba can only clean for one charge

you can see that «other robot»s carpet floor changes around 0:34 when the guy says: while the other robot is just bouncing around. so they most likely restarted other bot. see the plant at the corner of the other bot. the visited carpet by bot changes. so they most likely restarted bot where it was. and I just watched this at 0.25 speed at the where I said. the bot teleports slightly back. so they restarted the bot because it probably stopped there. around 22 milliseconds before neato.
