Due to popular request, I demonstrate how to take a Eufy 11s apart to help you repair it. There are two screws that can be hard to locate that are covered in this video. If my videos helped you bring your broken things back to life, please SUBSCRIBE, LIKE, and SHARE. Even though it’s rewarding to see your comments about how my videos have helped, these videos take time and money to create. I’m halfway to being able to monetize my repair videos, so please help me get there. 🙂 Thank you everyone, and happy repairing!
Hi! Few weeks ago my brush was making a very laud noise. We took apart the vacuum following your video and discovered the gears were not working fine. We bought a new motor brush with new gear and replace it. Put it back together. While I was putting back together I turn on the switch for mistake and the vacuum made her usual bip. After I put it together I put it in the base, blue light was on charging but the control wouldn’t turn it on…I thought needed a night to be charged. This morning I tried to start with but it won’t with both control or blue switch in the base. Now the switch doesn’t even turn it on. I took it apart again but all look good to be. Some help?
Do the end caps come off of the roller brush on this model to remove trapped hair?
If the suction stops working and I replace the suction piece, and still no suction, what could be the problem? It runs fine but no suctioning so I ordered the part and replaced it, still no suction, thanks.
I had to take mine apart to replace a brush motor because one of its gears was stripped. Since putting it back together it is so quiet and seems to work fine, except the bumper doesn’t really move. I am putting it back together the same way I took it apart yet it hits everything hard because the bumper is fixed and doesn’t move anymore. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
Thank you for this. I have a version 12 which is, as far as I can see, identical. Mine needed serious cleaning inside after the dust box came out while device was running.
My Eufy keeps spinning in one place and nothing else works on remote or manually. What to do ?
BEST video ever on the disassembling the Eufy Vacuum. I learned a lot. Thanks for posting.
One question do you have a link to buy parts for the Coredy R3500 Vacuum.
Thanks again
Great job! This help me reassemble my 11s after I had to take it all apart to repair it. 🙂
Any chance you got the chip it is using?
Thank you for this great video. I need to replace the gear at 28:19. The hollow square driver that receives the drive end of the brush is completely rounded. I found a drawing and tried to 3d print but I don’t believe it will hold up.
Thanks 4 the help.
So so helpful. Thank you so much. I’m quite proud of myself for being able to fix 2 Eufy 11s’s, with big thanks to you
Fabulous video! Helped me out big time 👍👍
11,007 screws holding cover on to get to side brush… not to euffy engineers how about installing doors to get to side brush?!?
When trying to unplug all the cables off the control board, it is a little easier if you take the three screws out first then lift the board just a little to get a better grip on the connectors. Great video!
I have the Onson model J10C I am very happy with it It looks identical on the outside to this one Are they the same inside
Replacement part link now gives a 404.
What would I check if the Error 4 is happening?
SO HELPFUL! I bought an 11S used, from a friend of a friend. It worked great for 5 months but then suddenly started sounding weird. Thanks to this video, I found those 2 missing screws and found a piece of metal wire (from a cat toy) inside. Problem solved!
